My inspiration for this deck was the dragon's maze card "deadbridge chant". I wanted to make a deck that can survive post rotation of the innistrad block while keeping the theme of a "rites" deck.
The way this deck works is similar to that of a 4 Color Rites deck that has been seen at the top 8's except I focused more on the RtR block and see if I can keep the idea alive using deadbridge chant. The main focus of the deck is to get deadbridge on the field with sire of insanity and put your opponent in the situation of having no hand during your turn while you can have at most 4 cards during your upkeep. I use varolz scavage ability to make my blood barons' and my boros reckoner and even my spirit tokens bigger to swing in while also thinning out my graveyard for my chants to hit more reliable targets such as the charms or bigger creatures or even a non flashback lingering souls.

You know what? This deck isn't half bad. Not half bad at all. I'd drop the deadbridge Goliath for a ghor-clan rampager though, bloodrush him, or use varolz and scavenge him, its a nice replacement. I'd probably lose a few copies of grisly salvage, for a few more creatures or possibly removal. Another selesnya charm would be nice too. It's a good card to get put to your hand when deadbridge chant goes off. I always suggest Jarad's Orders, just because it searches two creatures, and one goes to the grave. IT makes the Serenity more useable. I'd replace unburial rites with Jarad's Orders when it goes out of standard. Or something like that.

Thanks and yea I was aiming to start making a deck that focuses more on the RtR block and less of the Innistrad M13 cards hence why there is so few. I like Ghor-Clan rampager actually better in this deck so I will try testing that out as well. I was thinking of using Obzedat's Aid in place of unburial rites when it rotates out and and the problem I have at the moment is getting the deck to really kick off in momentum so I use four grisly savages to put cards in the graveyard. Thanks for your suggestions though :D
