Looks like a very aggro oriented deck. Might I suggest adding a few more swamps to bring total lands up to 22. I would take out the Gravespawn Sovereign because it requires too much for it to hit it's potential. I really like Gempalm Polluter + Lord of the Undead combo. Some other cards to consider are call to the grave, and reassembling skeleton. You are very weak against board wipes so keeping you ahead with reassembling skeleton as a blocker would be good. Also you can control the board with Call to the Grave, forcing your opponent to sacrifice creatures. Call to the grave will be sacrificed if no creatures are on the field (Day of judgement/Damnnation) so just bring back reassembling skeleton EOT of your opponents turn to sac it during your upkeep to keep Call to the Grave on the field and then play a creature.

This deck isn't standard so that leaves you with some many options. Where is Leveler!?!!? 5 cost exile your library 10/10 creature.
It is a heavy spell but the scry 4 is almost too amazing to take out. I hate drawing into lands and if you get to copy Foresee then I usually set up my next turn with 2-3 burn cards and 1-2 draw cards.
Scalding Tarn is a good idea but I'm not going to be playing this deck after it rolls out of standard.
Call to mind is used after I already have a counter on Pyromancer Ascension or late game to fetch two - five cards out of my graveyard. I don't need anymore than that. Distortion Strike and Staggershock have rebound so I can get two counters off of one card (If I already have one in the graveyard.) 4 Distortion Strikes would fill up hand space that could hold burn or draw but 2 Distortion Strikes aren't seen quite as often when you do have that Kiln Fiend.
Distortion strike a Kiln Fiend is a 5/2 unblockable two turns in a row. Hurts pretty bad on turn 3 if you have a lightning bolt or burst lightning in your hand to go along. Just another way to win without having to rely on pyromancer ascension.
Take out 2 of the Inexorable Tide. 5 mana is a high curve for a b/u without a lot of control. Add some turn aside to the sideboard. This is my B/U livewire lash deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=151615
You can use Diminish to turn their creatures into 1/1s then use Virulent wounds to take them out for the poison counter. Check out my livewire lash deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=151615
Staggershock!!!
Trim the fat and cut down to 60cards.
Beelang, you are correct that trinket mage only finds 1 cc or lower artifacts but you are completely wrong with Darksteel Axe. Darksteel Axe is a 1cc artifact.
I was told by a judge different.
I'm glad that I could be wrong because I like the deck but it seemed too good to be true. My point was that the little wording could screw up a deck or make a deck. For example if a card creature has protection from black and someone plays Black Sun Zenith then the creature is unaffected because Black Sun says "each" rather than "all". Each implies that the creatures get -1/-1 counters individually at the same time rather than Damnation which creates a blanket effect.
Sorry to break your deck idea in half but if the rules state this the way I think they do than this deck doesn't work. Myr Welder Imprint -- {T}: Exile target artifact card from a graveyard. Myr Welder has all activated abilities of all cards exiled with it. Soliton {U}: Untap Soliton. So wouldn't the Myr Welder have the activated ability that says exactly "{U}: Untap Soliton." and not "{U}: Untap this creature." All the Myr welder would do would untap a Soliton permanent on the field rather than give an infinite combo. Nice idea for the Myr welder though. Gave me some ideas.
