cause its mana cost is to high (even for the time it was printed), take a look at:
Gravity Well,
Raking Canopy,
Plummet,
Wing Snare,

they are simply better ; )

play any deck with Carinval of Souls + Suture Priest / Soul's Attendant / Soul Warden and you have very good mana sorce. That's why its not in there.

I like the idea of drawing mana from somewhere else than your library. the Game of Thrones board/card game works like that and that means you'll never have a boring game due to low mana.

maybe allowing you to draw whenever you want isn't the "best" solution for the problem, but it's a start.

I don't agree with something like 1/3 of the cards in there

maybe a Hunted Phantasm would be a good idea, the problem is how to hold the tokens = \
Shared Discovery is also a idea since we have so much tokens.

you could also try Forbidden Orchard, just be careful.

I like decks that use Alliance of arms + suture priest/soul warden.
I used to add genesis chamber and mercy killing to this combo in my deck (that would be this one: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=317188 ).

There are so many nice cards to play with this tipe of deck (Dust Elemental, Moonlit Wake, or even Dingus Staff, etc.).

-2 Myr Galvanizer + Palladiun Myr + Myr Propagator = infinite myr tokens + Myr Battlesphere = end game

-I would replace Ferocious Charge with 2 Overrun and 2 Epic Proportions;

-and you can explore the Prized Unicorn hability casting Might of Oaks on other attacking creature
(and if you put some Broken Fall in the deck you might be able to keep him still alive).

Well, I could suggest you to remove the dragonflys simply because they are not good, but i think you wouldnt like that eighter XD.

so...
-I Would put in Wall of Tanglecord replacing Angelic Wall (if you really think you need walls);
-Epic Proportions replacing Ferocious Charge;
-Alpha Status to replace Vow of Duty;
-2 Loxodon Warhammer and 2 Armadillo Cloak to replace Oakenform.

and you could replace the dragonflys for Zodiac Horse, Armored Warhorse or even Camel to maintain the theme (sort of).

-you know about the mana combo with 2 Myr Galvanizer and palladiun myr?
