I suggest lose the Metamorphs for Phantasmal Images. 2 cost that will have shroud anyway means more monsters and lower threat cost. Cackling counterpart is not a bad idea, but as the above post mentioned, shroud plays differently. I suggest removing it for manaliths or something that can boost your play turns by one. Then drop a ponder and an ob ring for 2 shape anew. That way you can pull a golem straight to the field (or a Metamorph if you choose to keep it in). Also, going slightly above 60 wont burn you too much. I suggest finding some protection for your non-artifacts. Apostle's is always a good bet. Personally, I think Venser is only decent at support in agro decks. Keep him if you want, but I suggest adaptive automaton instead. Better aggro.

Sounds reasonable. Oh and an interesting idea I saw is that some decks are running phyrexian metamorph or cryptoplasm to provide a resistance to some heavier hitting cards.
Well, it's odd to "sideboard" against a specific card, but i can understand the reasoning. In that case, my suggestion would be to switch it out for cryptoplasm. Same idea, except its more versatile for your deck and can come out one turn earlier. If cryptoplasm is out, you can copy a Lord or something else that matches the situation better.
Err...The enchantment seems misplaced... Also, why not Aether figment for Phantom Warrior? Decent trade for one less U and a opportunity to make it a heavy hitter. And I think I've suggested this to a few people already, but shelling out for a spellskite makes things so much easier on you.
Spellskite should be considered and I think Cryptoplasm flows better than Phyrexian Metamorph just so you can keep switching up your offense. Diminish is still in rotation and 1 less than Turn to Frog. I don't see how you are going to get 20 cards in your graveyard, so ponder or preordain(while it's still in rotation) might work better than Visions. Phantasmal Dragons are good, but costly if played too early as the 4 mana could be spent on something better, so you might want to take out one or two. Perhaps a way to draw more might speed up your deck a bit, but you would have to sacrifice some offensive power so that's based on your preference. If you do take the speed alternative, I recomend AEther Figment(while it is in rotation) and steady progress/tezzeret's gambit. At least that way you can afford having less creatures.
I would consider taking out the Phyrexian Metamorphs for Adaptive Automatons. Phantasmal Dragon is a good Turn 4 beater, especially with a Lord of the Unreal on the field. I don't think you'll need the Time Reversals in because, strangely enough, this is more of an Aggro deck. I suggest you abuse Aether FIgment and Into the Roil(To draw cards) while their still in rotation. Switch Divination for Preordain as it will be better for you to pick and choose your hand in a core-set deck. Xenograft was a great idea, and if you're willing to shell out the cash, get Spellskites too, as you could always use the extra protection.
Hmm, I don't see a consisten way to get out damage asides from the burn spells. Problem with spells is that they're one shot and in a deck where you can't draw, it makes it hard to rely on having one consistently in your hand. I suggest running some quick creatures with direct damage capabilities like M12's Goblin Fireslinger, or a Cinder Pyromancer if you rather have a stronger burn. Also, I would take out the Kird Ape (if you are willing to put in more direct damage) for Chandra's Spitfire. It's a slightly heavier hitter with flying.
Lighting Bolt.
