First off, you always want to take the draw.If you start on the draw you first play gemstone caverns before your opponents upkeep. Make sure to get rid of an unnecessary card for gemstone cavern's luck counter(such as an island or an extra spirit guide)Next, you remove either of the spirit guides from the game.Then you tap the gemstone caverns for a blue mana. Remember, this is all before your opponents upkeep.Use Flash to get a protean hulk into play. If you don't have it in hand, use a Summoner's pact to get it.Make sure you don't use flash's reduce cost ability so that the protean hulk instantly dies.Once the protean hulk dies, you go grab the 4 disciple of the hulk, followed by 4 of both phyrexian marauders and shifting walls. Since they cost "X", they cost zero, meaning you can grab all of these and still be under 6 converted mana cost totalNow all of the phyrexian marauders and the shifting walls die instantly, causing each of the disciple of the vaults abilities to trigger 8 times simultaneously.8 triggers x 4 disciples = 32 life lossYour opponent loses 32 life before he can even play a land.Even if they tried to stop you, you could counter their spells for 0 mana!

In all fairness, they wouldn't acctually be able to counter your spells if they haven't played a land. Check out my turn 1 24 damage combo!
