Bloodghast is a nice reusable creature that works great with smallpox. Verdant catacombs (also good with bloodghast) to smooth out the manabse and for deckthinning.

I thought about a thing, you could build the deck more around the inifinite combos. Like ways to dig for it(preordain, ponder), and ways to protect it (spellskite, counterspells, glen alandra archmage). Althought it kinda leaves the izzet theme, but you could make a new deck instead of changing this one :)

A deck should always be 60 cards, so you would have to take somethimg out :/

I looked up some b/r counterspells, but only found suffocating blast, which seems pretty bad.. if you want some counterspells, stick to cards like mana leak, counterspell or even negate and remove soul :)

I see that you are a fan of infinite combos ;) this one is a really solid one though, totally gonna add it as a second win condition to just beating :D

I got one thing to say, you need a lot more lands, like 24 maybe, 22 could work, otherwise though i like it! (= consider adding counterspells to protect your importants dudes our slow down your opponent.

sanguine bond is nice with lifegain, you should give it a shot =)

Having 40 card in hand without playing any of them seems a little silly ;) what i mean is that there will be a few cards in graveyard no matter what, so elixir might give me an extra turn!

Though i might consider time reversal, you made it better for me ;D

I have made a B/W version with almost only creatures and painter's servant naming black, thus giving you an unlimited stream of black and white flying 1/1 for teysa to play with. maybe not something to consider for this deck, but the combo is pretty sweet i think!

Also true, but fetchies are expensive, and the lifeloss is not irrelevant in this kind of slow deck. Feels lie gambit does is enough
