Monoblack rat discard deck based primarily around Shrieking Affliction and rats with Deathtouch. Wizards added a lot of support for rats in RtR and Gatecrash with cards like Pack Rat and Ogre Slumlord.
Use card denial and Shrieking Affliction to deal gradual damage and limit your opponent's options whilst you chip away with slow rat aggro. Ogre Slumlord and Pack Rat allow you to amass an army of big and small rats with Deathtouch that come back as 1/1 rat tokens upon death. For a cheap 4-drop you can play Desecration Demon which acts as a buffer in case your opponent finds a way to take care of your rats or get rid of Shrieking Affliction.Liliana of the Veil is primarily there to provide extra removal and her +1 is handy if you're not drawing Mind Rot/Mental Agony/Duress.
