Main Deck (58 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Making a (mid-range budget) deception/ambush-based WUG deck that capitalizes on card advantage and surprising the opponent.
The main mechanics here are;
-Ambush/Deceit
-Flash
-+1/+1 counters

I haven't had a chance to playtest yet, so I'm open to suggestions. I'm willing to explain the purpose of every card or how it works.

Cards I'm considering adding:
Think Twice - Card draw for powering up Lorescale.
Oblivion Ring or Path to Exile - Obvious...
All thoughts and suggestions welcome.

How to Play

This deck relies on deception and quick thinking... So keep your poker face up and rain hell on your opponent(s).

Your goal with this deck is to use the infinite +1/+1 counters to strengthen your beasts. For awhile, you're likely only going to have one or two big guys on the field at a time. Bioshift is used to balance out tokens among your creatures and surprise your opponent against undefended attackers or balance the playing field.
Bonus: Bioshift can be used to rip the tokens off Primordial Hydra in the event that he's being Murdered or otherwise. Just throw all his tokens onto another creature and it'll almost be like he never left the field.

Memory's Journey ensures that you always have the cards you need in your library and with the deck's impressive card draw, you'll run through your cards with ease.
(Pro-tip: use Memory's Journey to grab your other Memory's Journey. Use the flashback in extreme circumstances.)

Card advantage and your mass amount of counters will handily take care of your enemy(ies?).

Note: Your ideal opening hand will include at least one Breeding Pool/Forest and one Birds of Paradise. The rest falls into place pretty easily from there.
