For now, this'll just be a brief idea behind it. Currently writing a short non-canon story to this. The idea behind it pertains to those centering life and death, as the Rakdos cause chaos and mischief to sedate their master using the free will they have, and they make up for the heavy labor force of the plane. The Golgari Swarm centers around the balance between life and death, decomposing and reconstructing creatures to make their own army; they serve as a balance to the plane of Ravnica in terms of creating food and decomposing compost. Using each other as an asset, the two sides could easily conquer over Ravnica using the needs of mass murder and destruction under the Rakdos Cult, followed by corpse disposal and repopulation under the Golgari Swam.
As you could probably observe, this deck centers around aggressive play and +X/+X counters. Dropping out low cost creatures that can be unleashed, or otherwise buffed, means the early game strength is outstanding. Having a few gates in it allows for flexibility in mana to try and prevent being mana-jammed. Just in case things drag on too long, a few defenders and big drop creatures are there, along with Garruk and Vraska.
