Interesting deck. A few suggestions...

1. If you want to try to win with NDE, I can't recommend Angel's Grace enough. Maybe Platinum Angel too, although I'd have to review the rules to see if negative life is allowed in the game.
2. There is another card called Hitsurugu (spelled wrong, I'm sure) Second Rite, which is a red instant where you win the game if you have exactly 10 life. If you have ways to hurt and heal yourself in small increments, it can work
3. Seems like you have enough Goblins in there to make the creatures almost completely into a Goblin deck. Then you could eliminate high cost creatures like the Mindwrack Liege (not optimally helpful anyhow due to lack of blue creatures) and replace it was a Goblin King or legendary goblin creature. I seem to remember one that would let you sacrifice a Goblin to do two damage or so to any target, which would stack nicely with that goblin that does a damage when it goes to the graveyard. Mogg War Marshall is also a nice card to play if you want some disposable creatures, or go with a weenie approach and beef them up with some enchantments.
4. I believe, under the most recent revision of the Magic rules, they have eliminated mana burn. If this is the case (and I'd have to verify it), a card called Braid of Fire is about to appear in every red deck I will ever make, ever. If they did in fact do this, then that card is going to be so ridiculously overpowered. And probably still fairly cheap, unless someone thought of it before me ;)

Artisan of Kozilek

That card is pret-ty damn cool. I'm willing to bet there are some nasty combo deck potentials with that guy. Nothing to do with this deck, but off the top of my head...
Turn 1: Play artifact land, play Sol Ring
Turn 2: Play Tinker on the Artifact land, get that bad boy out
Turn 3: Win (basically

Hey buddy!

A few pieces of advice after a quick glance:
-It seems like a few of the cards that you're depending on have a pretty high casting cost. There is some Rare land from the alliance series--I think its called Lake of the Dead--that allows you to sacrifice a swamp for 4 Black Mana...and you can tap the sacrificed land first, so you end up getting 5 Black at the cost of one swamp. A Sol Ring would also make a good addition for all those X casting cost spells; I believe someone already mentioned the Cabal Coffers.
-Dump a Diabolic Tutor for a Demonic Tutor. No reason not to (except ~$10 difference in value)
-If you're gaining a lot of life, adding a Necropotence or Yawgmoth's Will might help your draw engine. A potential weakness I see (and often come across in mono-Black decks) is if you draw out and fail to win quickly, you're often screwed.
-I might ax the Absorb Vis in favor of...I believe it's called "Magus of the Mirror", a black creature you can sacrifice as an instant to exchange life totals with the other player. I realize its not exactly in keeping with the theme of the deck, but I always like to have a few surprises up my sleeve if things aren't going well. It will also lower your mana curve a bit and give you a throwaway blocker if needed.
