Vampire's bite, Virulent Wound, Virulent Swipe, Livewire lash, I'm just naming off some good, cheap cards =D

Why use Disperse if Into the Roil is strictly better?
The clasp can proliferate the +1/+1 counters, loyalty counters, -1/-1 counters, and poison counters. That's also why steel overseers are in this deck, to give your swarm of 1/1 into big fat 10/10's or something so it's a one hit game. I don't need 24 lands, infect works pretty fast, not to mention those plague myr's tap for mana. Distortion strike is that extra boost of +1, and the unblockable. Just think of Tezzy's 5/5 artfact on a plague myr, and on a inkmoth nexus. That's 11 poison counters, one that can't be blocked and the other flys. Pretty hard to stop, and you can do it again next turn even if they do stop it =P. Stoic rebuttal is just a big fat no, as this is a phyrexian-aligned deck, it's why i wouldn't use go for the throat =P
Inkmoth nexus are artifacts, and who doesn't like a 5/5 flying infecter that can't be countered? =P And negates are better late game, esp that's when my big/good infecters get out and I want to protect them from a kill spell.
Less Assassinate, more giant growth and vampire's bite =)
Not really burn, more attack attack. Throw Elemental Mastery on Ceaseless Searblades, and it goes insane with Grinning and Soulbright, especially with Training Grounds and/or Brighthearth. don't look at the cards individually for this deck. Think about what they can do for eachother. There's a million and one ways to combo it up with this set up. I've playtested a simpler version with significantly less good stuff, but the core combos are the same and it works beautifully. Good suggestions though, I might have to add Nova Chaser.
How do you get out tempered steel with no white mana?
You need an alternate win condition, If the player has Emrakul, Kozilek, or Ulamog, you've lost.
