This is just me. I prefer Rootborn Defenses to eyes in the skies, even though you get the birds. I'd increase the invocations or use midnight hauntings for EitS, replace injunctions with detention spheres, and find room for farseek. Farseek will help thin the deck and give power to the pikes.

Have you considered Index instead of Curiosity? It's another spell, and it could help you draw what you need and make sure you don't Thought Scour a necessary card.
With Archangel, I was figuring I would need to build back some life. This deck will take a while, and I'll probably be taking some lumps. If I built my LT up, I could swing with lifelink and then regenerate him. But you are right about rethinking the mana.
How about some enchantment hate in the sideboard? Rest in Peace would seriously slow you down.
I have much to learn.
scavenging works against jarad. Replace him with Lotleth troll. I have a similar deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=415800 I run the shock lands and LT. I'm still working out the other spells. I like grisly savage paired with treasured find. Maybe I need to find a place for those two cards.
Detention Spheres, Oblivion rings, counterspells, draw spells, azorius charms, intangible virtues, use the U/G dual lands and temple gardens instead of 7 forests, since green could be minor in the deck.
I don't see Blood Artist in your deck. I'd replace it with a one mana spell that you could use to +1 NE. Maybe cremate. Then you have it if you need it, but if you don't, you get the 2 from guttersnipe and the bonus to NE. my r/b/u deck was suffering from oblivion rings and other enchantments. I never had mana when I needed it. Your deck may hit that wall too. I can see why you may not want the dual lands. Have you played this deck? How was it?
