Really like how your utilizing the Dismiss into Dream enchantment. I've wondered about the overload effect though on spell such as Blustersquall, since it removes "target" instance to "each". I don't think it combos, but still looking into a ruling. If you took the Blustersquall out you could add four mana or mana artifacts to ramp to 7 mana faster (Darksteel ingot), but otherwise counterspell should stall and disrupt long enough. This modern deck has a great strategy overall controlling the battlefield, well done.

Thanks for taking a look! Just noticed I had a comment on it, sorry for the late response. You are fully correct about Blustersquall though, once the overload is paid it no longer adds to the effect of Dismiss into Dream. Its simply in there to save my butt during the beginning part while i get mana. One forgestoker and air servant come out its game. Due to their abilities though I've since made an addition to this deck with Heartstone for full board wipe when I get dismiss out, sadly adding it no longer allows the deck to be standard.
