What about Wheel of Sun & Moon to help put cards back in your deck just in case?

Definitely a joke, but it made me smile. The name references Relentless Rats so I'm sure he knows what's wrong here. Thanks for the laugh The_Man72
I was familiar with decks that used join the ranks for early token block and late to get a double trigger from halimar excavator. Since the tokens enter at the same time they both count for the total ally count so even 1 excavator and then join is mill 6. Not bad when it gives you jumps ;)
Wait, planeswalker as a general? Whut?
Sudden Disappearance was the card I was referring to. White was also nice for old T2 allies for Join the Ranks. Momentary Blink would not play well with Join or Rite tokens though.
Mimic Vat my also be another fun addition to this deck. Venser's blinking and other effects... btw didn't they just print a sorcery that lets you blink your whole field? ;)
I'm kinda digging the Virulent Sliver addition. I think you should run something like: virulent Sliver: x4 Melira: x2 Black sun's zennith x2 (or 3) Green Sun's Zennith x3 (or 4) Conspiracy x2 (or 3) black sun's zennith is a great removal card, and mixing it with Melira make's it a one sided field wipe and also is a nice hard counter against infect (But infect usually has some removal so watch out). The fun thing with Virulent Sliver is that the Poisonous 1 stacks, so you can have a 1/2 spider hit for 1 damage and deal 4 poison if you have all 4 Virulents out. Flavor wise it kinda puts that "It's not the bite you should be concerned about" bit about spiders. But that's just what I'd do if I made a spider themed deck (But I wouldn't because I have a phobia).
Drop all the blue stuff. You don't need it It hardly helps you. The white can go too. Actually so can black unless you really like the infect spider. You seem to be splitting your attention in your decks way too much and you should be working towards goals. Each card should fit whatever goals you want to fill. That being said, Spiders have a tendancy of having low power and high toughness, Doran the Seige tower can make a strength out of this. I love the Arachnus Spinner combo and if you get this going right it coule be amazing. More quicksilver Amulet if you're going to run it. Also Green Sun's Zennith can help you get just the spider you need for the situation. Make a small list of the essential cards you want to make this deck work. They should be the key elements. Everything else comes in to support these cards. I would love to see Conspiracy or Xenograft and Virulent Sliver in here just for the sake to make the spider's poisonous. I would probably do this using Conspiracy as black fit's the role better. In this case you'll want some Black Sun Zennith and Go for the Throat. The combo isn't really efficient but it would be hilarious. And it would be amazing if you went up against a sliver deck and Conspiracy-Slivers all your spiders. Ohh my ohh my.
Allies that are built for milling. The main card is Halimar Excavator, and the Jwari Shapeshifter is used to copy it. Now that it's not type 2 you could run Dance of the Many, Clone, Rite of Replication and other clone spells too. It's a really fun mill deck and if you get a bad draw at least you have some good blockers. Just look for decks with Halimar Excavator in them to see some examples.
How about some Massacre Wurm? This deck looks like it would enjoy a little slaughter like that. Also Black Sun's Zenith for those pesky indestructible critters.
Where is the mana for mind rot and cast through time even coming from? There are some good cards in here and some that don't even make sense. You might want to test this out some and see what cards win you games and add more of those. That would be a good learning process for you in deck building. I say, more goblin Bushwhacker, toss out the off colored spells and go all red. Slag fiend, Cast Through Time, Akoum Bladesinger and Darksteel forge are not being used to their full potential. Each one really needs more cards to go along with it. Not to say they are not good cards because they all serve some pretty awesome purposes but just not in this deck as it is. Try a Valakut or two, if the game goes on too long you might like hurting people with land drops. If not that you should do some fetchlands to help thin your deck for the long run because dead draws can be painful. If you want help I can talk to you more and we can figure out where you want to go with this deck.
Not enough creatures or self mill to take advantage of Skaab Ruinator. Past in Flames has too high of a cost to really get much out of it's effect especially since a good few of your instants/sorcery spells already have flashback.. Just going to say I don't like Desperate Ravings because discarding at random can hurt you. I'd add some more creature removal/bounce to help charmbreaker connect for the fatal blow. Silent Departure is a nice bounce with a flashback which is splendid for our little devil. I'd also say Pyroclasm but that's only if you're willing to sacrifice your other critters. Distortion Strike might also be a good addition along with Assault Strobe (cast both of these 1 cost spells and the devils swinging as a 13/4 doublestike unblockable). Hope this all helps you, and I hope I didn't come off too rough.
Reliquary Tower is the Spellbook land.
Have you thought about Umbral Mantle or Thornbite Staff as an untap mechanism? Sometimes it's a safer bet to go with equipment in case they bounce/destroy your creature in response to the enchantment targetting. Thornbite would be a nice way to turn the equipped Tim into a Goblin Sharpshooter which is an amazing card. Mix that with Basilisk Collar and one pinger can clear the field all day long and it gets you some life.
This just in, I made a mill deck for a challenge. It's not a typical mill deck but maybe it will give you some inspiration. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=284656
You might like to try Millies, the creatures you are currently running don't have much of an impact in terms of mill, you don't have anything to stop an aggro deck running over you (and your Jace Bell). Look up decks with Halimar Excavator in them for examples of Millies. Fun mill deck, can go off pretty fast for a mill deck, and unlike most mill decks you will have a field of creatures to help stave off the aggro. The best Millies decks I've seen are Blue/White. If you're going to stay blue/black, you really need some creature control and fatter creatures. You'll want to use spells to mill them and creatures to keep you alive, the only creature you're running right now that is fine is the Hedron crab because you get the mill 3 effect from playing a land. That's not too terrible and it leaves your mana open for spells. I wish I had a mill deck uploaded but I stopped playing mill when the Eldrazi Titans came out, boy oh boy those just make me mad. BTW, Bojuka Bog all day erry day.
I think I get you.
I've been playing around with spikes and conceptualizing a deck for them recently, if you still are running this deck, since you are already running doubling season and spike feeder you might think of adding channel for infinite mana. When doubling seasons are in play, when you move +1/+1 they're doubled so move a counter from any spike, get 2 (or more) on the feeder, turn those into 4 life, channel that into mana, move 2 counters on the source spike and another onto the feeder, repeat indefinitely and make all your spikes as big as you like, get as much life as you like and have fun :p
No reassembling skeletons? But but but it becomes pay 1B put a +1/+1 counter on Grimgrin.
Assault Strobe man. Cast that targeting Charmbreaker and he becomes an 8/4 swinging with doublestrike for the cost of 1 red mana. Or on the invisible stalker with it's silly equipment, I'd love to see it with the Flail and being Assault Strobed (quadruple damage? Yes please)
