Though the concept is good the bracers don't copy your commder's ability, the artefact you are looking for is the Strionic Resonator, swap those out and you are good to go.OH the reason it doesn't work is because the gauntlets say ACTIVVATED, but the resonator says TRIGGERD, they are slightly different but nevertheless different.
