My view of the perfect hive.
Get Sliver Overlord as fast as possible for tutor ability and build hive from there. You have some board wipe, and graveyard reshuffle, and life gain. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Very cool EDH, I've never seen a Slivers Tribal EDH before. How does it play?

If you're playing casually and lack removal, Slivers are very challenging to face.
Casual or not, slivers are hard to stop. Pretty much any color combo if built even halfway decent is scary. Five color slivers is even easier to build so long as you either include the mana slivers or any of the multiple lands that can guarantee your drops (which is also the most expensive route btw), or a combination of both. On that note, the best lands to use for slivers are a full playset each of Sliver Hive, Cavern of Souls, and Ancient Ziggurat, and if you feel so inclined, Reflecting Pool, City of Brass, and Mana Confluence. This is also assuming you're not using an EDH deck. Those are literally the best multicolor lands to use for slivers, and if you wish to build any other other multicolor tribal build, you can substitute out the Sliver Hive for any other tribal land that runs five colors (such as elementals and Primal Beyond). Just my two cents on that
No necrotic sliver? Training grounds and mana echoes are good here as well.
No Bring to Light? Its perfect for a five color deck like this, especially considering that the bulk of your deck costs five or less mana
Agreed, Radiant Flames are a flexible addition as well.
Also true. Converge is a great mechanic for slivers honestly
