Deck Description

I needed a new standard deck for tournaments and it's virtually impossible for me to make a deck without white in it. I wanted something a little more fast paced than the mono white deck I usually use. So, this is what I came up with! (:

Deck discussion for Black White Exalted

switch human frailty for 2 victim of the night
scratch contaminated ground and sinister posession, not worth it and not the point of this deck. maybe infectious horror. maybe. scratch a plains and a swamp, you dont need that many lands.

I think you're right about the lands. But I like sinister possession and contaminated ground, for now at least. I'm going to just try this deck out at see how it works for me.

Ok, but let me tell you something. I used to always do psychic venom and chronic flooding. The people just won't use that land. Is not very good unless you get it first hand. And then it doesnt even work for the whole game even. Sinister possession I can see
You just have a lot of cards, so I wad giving suggestions to dip the amount down to sixty

That's true. It's not finished or anything. I haven't really extensively looked at cards yet this was just my initial stuff.

Ok. Still though, get rid of human frailty. It put it in the sideboard, because its really not very likely you will be playing a ton of humans.

I'm not too fond of Servant of Nefarox. It's too expensive mana wise yet easy to kill. You should switch it with some more of the Knights of ______ . If you can Afford it, Stick in 2 more Sublime Archangels. Typhoid rats are OK, but you may do better to switch it with some Duty-Bound Dead. Forget about call to serve. Only 8 of your 24 creatures can use it and 6 of them don't need it. Take out the Call to Serves put in two more Gift of Orzhovs and two Divine Favors. Take Out 4 Contaminated Grounds and 4 Sinister Possessions and 2 Lands.

Some people like to run High Priest of Penance in exalted as a way to keep your opponent from blocking or attacking. Another good card to do this is Skirsdag High Priest. That way when you have three other creatures out, they won't even want your creatures to die ;).

Also if you don't like Victim of Night you can put in tragic slip instead. "That's right, chump block. I dare you!"

I probably will switch out Servant of Nefarox for those two Knights. I'm using the Typhoid Rats for their deathtouch. This is an exalted deck...but I don't want exalted to be the ONLY thing in there. I like the Skirsdag High Priest...but if a creature didn't die it's kind of useless. I don't like cards that depend on other things to be useful. This deck isn't finished yet...but thanks a lot for your advice! :D

i would drop human frailty and contaminated ground for a playset of crypt ghast, and two more of each knight (infamy and glory) i would also take out a couple of murder and play ultimate price or tragic slip. i would then drop call to serve for lingering souls, drop the guildgates and add two vault of the archangel, maybe one cathedral of war. then just drop sinister possession, typhoid rats, and gift of orzhova. you should be at 60 with a pretty aggro exalted deck

I think you can afford to drop 2 plains and 2 swamps. Your highest cost is six and you have two of them. Then after that is for which is only two of them. And that would put you at 60. Very nice deck now :D

Not bad at all. I have an Exalted deck as well if you'd like to check it out. The sublime archangels really kill it in this deck when you get them out. I don't really have that many lands either since your creatures aren't that expensive. 22 lands would be good. Also I'd suggest some more removal spells to really get through to your opponent. Like oblivion rings or ultimate price. Those are good low cost cards.

I would suggest taking out the knights and adding akrasan squire, and you really only need 22 max lands, I would take out a plains and swamp and adding two more sublime archangels

Well Akrasan Squire isn't legal in Standard, so it's pretty much useless to me. And, I'd love to have more Sublime Archangels...I thought I'd added them...I guess I didn't. But until I actually play this deck I don't know how the mana will flow.

Oh ok. :P
Well max you ever need land wise is 22 else you get too many lands and you cant do anything and you die.
So i would take out a plains and swamp and add two more sublimes, since they are only 4 mana
