This deck is designed to be quick and effective. It's a little complicated to play, but it seems to be a lot of fun. Sacrificing vampires is always a little tedious work at best, but has a lot of pay-offs. My 1-drops are the weakest part of the deck and I thought of using discard to shut my opponents down, from a missmatch victory. But, alas I figured that the more creatures the merrier.
There is a 5-card combo.1. Bloodghast - the sacrificial vampire2. Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord - Sacrifice a vampire deal 3 damage, gain 3 life3. Kalistria Highborn - Pay black with the sacrificial vampire - deal 2 damage, gain 2 life.4. Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose - Deal 5 damage with the 5 life gain.5. Bloodletter of Aclazotz - Opponents loss of life doubles to 20 loss of life.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
If this is a tournament build, I'd suggest trying to cut the curve down a bit. 1/3 of the deck is 3-drop or higher, and you've got permanents with activated abilities that want mana. Plus, there's only seven 1-drops, and you'd really like to hit the ground on a turn 1 play. Just my initial thoughts.
