Wanted to make a mono blue budget deck based around colossal whale. I love the flavor of the card. So I thought I would make it a ocean based theme. So I thought whats would be better then merfolk and ocean birds and HUGE fatties. This is budget all the way but I wouldn't mind some suggestions for making it a little bit more shiny and competitive. Have Fun and watch out for those flying fish. Signed-Gone Fishing
So the way this should be played is getting all your merfolk out fast of course using masters of the pearl trident anthem effect to pump the rest of them. Getting out your favorable winds out to pump flyers. Putting spectral flight on anything after favorable winds is out gives them a +3/+3 bonus. Also not to shabby on one of your already huge Water monsters. I put the cancel and disperse in the sideboard for the games that might be to fast and you need some tricks to shut their stuff down so you can get your big guys online tidebinder is in there for the red and green deck tap down those big green creatures that can block your whale and exile the other stuff.
