cyclonic rift isnt for the deck i can tell because with only pay pass counters and 5 of them at that your guttersnipes and dracogenius are your kill cards dosnt take a genuis to kill them creature destruction will be a challenge put in disperse to save your own if your out land or have no counters you can still slow them down still too also with poor attackers clearing the way with the overload is alot of mana could be better spent. also with over half your creatures required benifits with spells ie gutter elect snap the auger of bolos seems to overloaded if your digging for spells you get better synergy with card draw spells amass the components will give the same dig and snap gutter elect can make it cheeper do damage or flash it agian too pricy? divination than also syncopate i would just use dissipate if your low on mana it will most likely be a dead card. if you did switch that up it would free up a spot you could knock out thoughtflare id replace it with electromancer they are great for this deck id run atleat 3

looks cool its only a suggestion but the lanterns are not very useful you have 8 duel land put some more dig in amass the components with electromacers is chep for a good bang and counts as a spell for gutter tal and blister insted of nothing plus is a target for snap much more synergy if its to pricy divination might be more suitable also i see the logic of cyclone rift but i dont think its for the deck it relies heavy on the goblins and talrand for damage output without them its going to be a grind take out the cyclonic rift put in disperse you can save your own and still use it to slow your oppent why waste better versatility with only 4 counters they need more survival a last thing you dont have enough dig the weird is cool but being the ony 1 drop i would just axe it and go more card draw better synergy with snap gutter and electro and talrand anyway.
