This is a Creature based goblin deck. It has only 19 lands, but this works because there are a lot of low cost creatures and with goblin Lackey you can get the higher cost creatures out.

sideboard the goblin kings for 4x goblin cheiftain... then if you play against another mountain player you can swarp back giving benefit of the kings ability... also goblin recruiter might be helpfull aswell
