I feel your mana curve is too high for only running 20 lands. I would recommend maybe 24 or so lands, and dropping the land destruction spells perhaps. Something else you could do is run fewer of the 8 cost Bearer of the Heavens. Volcanic Vision is also very mana heavy at 7, I don't feel like you'll get enough of a return investment in running it. Dictate of the Gods seems a bit random as well. 5 mana is pretty expensive for combat tricks though.Just some ideas, take it for what it's worth. I guess my overall impression is that it's very mana heavy at the top, and you are not likely to get there with only 20 lands.
