A deck built to Door your opponent as soon as possible.
Amulet of Vigor lets you door the same turn you play it. Harmonize gives you more steam. Chromatic Lantern + Door is your combo. Defenders are good mana ramp. =Reroute is good if your opponent is playing change-target effects. Rings of Brighthearth are nice in multiplayer. Naturalize deals with Platinum Angel/Emperion

Add a couple return to earth's a couple mortal'so resolves and a few fade into antiquity's

I've already got naturalize. If Mortal's Resolve scried, I'd consider it. And once again, naturalize.
Naturalize is ok but to exile or to destroy a flying creature is some much better
True, but I'd rather keep the cheapness of naturalize. Naturalize is only there to eliminate a Platinum Angel or the like -- something that nullifies Door to Nothingness.
Add some freed from the reals and a couple Umbral mantles
Problem with Freed from the Real is that it costs blue mana, which Overgrown Battlement and Vine Trellis don't supply. Additionally, an infinite mana combo isn't really too helpful without an arbitrary draw engine. I'd run out of steam very fast if I don't have a door in hand. Umbral Mantle, on the other hand, could be useful in a number of other decks I've built. Thanks for that suggestion.
Yo have 2 ways of making blue mana and I'm not talking about going infinite I talking about have a unlimited any color mana so if you were to splash another color or play set you won't be stuck plus it speeds up to chance of destroying you enemy quicker by using door faster like 4 turns faster or even better if you did say splash blue you can add counterspells and maybe hexproof or shroud to the deck
Plus you should just run 20 mana your ramp is good enough to add a splash card or another safety net
Even a fireball will speed you up to the win
The only real reason to use Freed from the Real here is to set up unlimited mana with axebane, really. With the ramp this deck has, I can get the door out incredibly quickly as it is -- Even outspeeding ramp elves w/ Ezuri and Craterhoof, as I tested yesterday. If I wanted hexproof, I could use Asceticism or the like. I feel like one or two of those might be an idea, maybe.
That's true and asceticism a couple should suffice
