Peasant, Pauper, Noble, and now Aristocrat. Here is the Challenge:Make an Aristocrat deck.Rules:1) Decks must contain 60 cards.2) Decks can have up to 2 rares. Of the two rares, each one must be unique. In other words, a deck can't have two copies of the same rare.3) Mythic rares are not allowed. Ever! Yes, that means no planeswalkers.***EDIT: Has been pointed out to me, by s0rinmark0v, that there were 5 Planeswalkers that started out Rares, and were converted over to Mythical Rares:Aristocrat Planeswalkers (Only allowed Planeswalkers in Aristocrat Format)- Ajani Goldmane- Jace Beleren- Liliana Vess- Chandra Nalaar- Garruk Wildspeaker44) Decks can also have up to 12 uncommons. Like the rares, the number of copies you can include of any particular uncommon is restricted. In this case, no more than three copies of any one uncommon are allowed. 5) The rest of your deck is composed of commons, with the restriction that only 4 copies of up to three particular commons are allowed, with the rest of the deck's commons being limited to no more than 3 per unique common.6) Basic lands are used as normal, with no particular limit on copies.7) Sideboards are allowed and encouraged, and may include up to 1 rare and 3 uncommons, duplicating perfectly the rarity distribution of a typical booster pack. Additionally, none of the cards in the sideboard can be copies of the cards in the main deck.8) Sideboards are allowed to have 4 copies of up to two particular commons in the sideboard.Idea from Challenge came from:http://www.cardshark.com/Articles/Magic-the-Gathering/Brock-Siems/Advent-of-An-Aristocrat-%E2%80%9COfficial%E2%80%9D-Rules-for-a-New-Magic-Format/View-Article/4435?ref=facebook-----------------------------------------------------------------Here is the link to the challenge page.http://www.mtgvault.com/jessie/decks/aristocrat-format-challenge/
Ramp into an early set of land destruction spells to leave your opponent reeling. If you can play enough beasties, you can easily stomp your opponent. Advocate of the Beast is telling me, "But I only have 3 beasts, in the deck, to boost. I feel like my talents are wasted!"But..they do combo together, so that is a plus. Maybe consider Lumberjacks good friend, Harvest Wurm. Or Stone Rain. A 3 mana land destruction card is fast. :)Looking at all of the mana ramp...maybe Stone Rain is better. But I do love me some Lumberjack/Harvest Wurm combo. :)Another like from me, you old soul, you!

Understood. Radha and advocate are out, harvest wurm and llanowar elves and something with landfall will come in instead.I will make a new deck with radha and company.
Sounds best.Look into Tinder Wall as well :)Good luck!
That's great! It's downright jaw dropping combined with Orcish Lumberjack.
Something like.Turn 1. Mountain. Tap Mountain, play Lumberjack.Turn 2. Forest. Tap Forest, play Tinder Wall. Sack forest to Lumberjack. And Sack Tinder Wall.Outcome is 6 mana. It does cycle through all of your cards very fast though. The above example had you use 4 cards, and you had 6 mana left to play even more cards. You will topdeck like a...you will topdeck, will say it politely :)So, card drawing should be up for consideration.
Hmm ..... on it!
Alright. Hunter's insight and solfatara are my card draw. I do have a lot of deck search for lands ... so I only need 1/3 of my cards to be lands, instead of 1/2. That should help.
It has my like :)
P.S. .... deus is easily the most powerful of the 10 avatars. Just imagine runes of the deus (a flippin awesome common) on him. He does 16 trample damage, half of it with first strike. With rancor .... that's 20 trample damage. That means he could nuke 3 permanents!Anyway ... happy deck building!
