The combo is when you tap Devoted Druid for mana, you can use it's second ability to untap it. Normally you would put a -1/-1 counter on it, but with Vizier of Remedies, it will remove that counter. So at this point you have infinit green mana. With this you can cast an infinit Walking Balista to close the game.The rest of the cards are only there to get you combo as soon as possible.
