I really love Soul Tithe. I love it more with Auramancer. Even more with Hero of Iroas... You can see how this got out of hand. This is a really nice enchantment matters deck that is actually playable due to the high powered enchantments and enablers Wizards has been pushing out. A couple things that are noteworthy include the combination of Ajani's Chosen with Ephara's Enlightenment, the versatility of Nyxborn Shieldmate, and the fact that Detention Sphere is even better than normal (which is very good) in this deck.
Put your creatures down turn 1 or 2, then after that slap enchantments on them while remaining frugal on board presence or keeping mana open for Boros Charm/Gods Willing. It's a pretty tricky line to walk while maintaining aggression.

I like the deck a lot. This is one deck though that I would recommend Heliod and maybe just one of although I'm not 100% on the functionality of this. I've gotta ask, why swan song? Is there any specific use or is just there?

One mana to protect a creature I've been building up Auras on. I'm not convinced that I should have it in there though. What I should really have is a spell pierce, but whatever.I will consider Heliod, and thanks for the comment!
no problemo
I would go Mizzium Skin or Gods Willing for protection. Here is my virsion of the deck i came up with! http://www.mtgvault.com/prestonf/decks/blue-white-enchantmenthelp/
I was about to say that neither of those protected against Supreme Verdict, but then again neither does Swan Song. Now I feel bad and am splashing red for Boros Charm
ohhh yeah that is really nice! i like it! i may have to do that :P

Although I appreciate your review, I can tell from some of your comments that you haven't played with this deck.
You swapped out the 1/2 guy for lifelink 1/1 so I don't even care what happens I'm happy.
I do feel obligated to respond in kind, though. So prepare yourself for an essay about my card choices.
Ajani's Chosen: You may be right, 4 cmc is pretty high in this deck. A 4 drop that effectively does nothing the turn it comes into play is a hard sell, even if it does have ridiculous combo potential. It may be relegated to the sideboard. Auramancer: What are you even talking about I don't need deathtouch. That has nothing to do with the strategy here, you're just getting sidetracked by neat interactions. But this card does deserve some explanation... The deck was originally built around it and Soul Tithe, but the problem is that Auramancer is a really awkward draw a lot of the time. I only ever want her to rebuild with or to eke value out of a Soul Tithe. In the meantime she gives me no incentives to build on her with auras and she isn't an enchantment, making all my support cards a little worse. Hero of Iroas: Obviously ridiculous and probably the introduction that made this deck happen.Meletis Astronomer: I at first didn't like the card simply because of the stats, but after playing with it the effect is honest to Heliod one of the most powerful things in the deck. This is why I said you haven't playtested it. If you had you would know that I can't not run 4.Detention Sphere: You know, this is premium removal, but there are some problems with it here. For one, the price is not reduced with Hero and it's not likely to go to the graveyard for Auramancer. In addition, I don't actually need removal all that often, and most the time I would be happier to see Soul Tithe. The rest of the playset is in the sideboard where they should be.Ephara's Enlightenment: It's expensive, but flexible. This card can make up for getting a aura-light draw by popping it on every creature. It also adds some well-needed evasion, helps Ordeal of Thassa go off, and combos with the cat. 2 seems like the right choice to me.Ethereal Armor: I don't need to explain the most powerful card in the deck.Ordeal of Thassa: You were absolutely wrong. This card goes off all the time, quite often on the turn I put it down. The reason why is that I almost always put it on the Hero, and usually in conjunction with another aura, making it go off immediately. If I'm not doing it on the Hero, it can help beef something up and I can still skip ahead on the activation with another Ordeal or Ephara's Enlightenment. This card is crazy good.Nyxborn Shieldmate: You are right, I need the Eidolon. But the one extra toughness is pretty important if I have to play it as a creature, and the lower bestow cost ensures I don't have to spend a turn idle. No, I'll split it 50/50 and be happy with it that way.Boros Charm: Okay this is where your advice kind of got nonsensical. The grammar and the rambling aside, think about this. All 3 modes of this are active and is an instant. More importantly, it COUNTERS SUPREME VERDICT. Without all my enchantments falling off like Gift, and without the awfulness of Indestructibility. It makes ALL my creatures indestructible. For a turn. Or gives a creature double strike, triggering heroic. What don't you understand? God's Willing is good but doesn't get around Supreme Verdict, which is actually the worst thing you can do to a deck like this one. But the God's Willings are very good against certain decks, which is why they're in the side. And then you ramble back to Baleful Eidolon, which is a really poor choice for this deck. Leave that one alone man. If I wanted first strike deathtouch I'd just make a deck around Master of Cruelties. But thank you for taking the time to give such an in-depth analysis and please tell me if anything new occurs to you. I do like your feedback, it was just a little strange this time.
haha i would like to see how our versions of the deck do against eachother as we each kinda went in a different path with it :P (btw thank you for thinking of Boros Charm in this deck i havent playtested with it yet, but i like it in theory!)
Yeah man it's really worth going a completely different color for. So powerful. BTW with your deck I'm not so sure about the inclusion of Azorius Charm or Hidden Strings. Also since you're a little more focused on the long game than me, you may like Assemble the Legion. But I'm glad that we could share some conclusions on the nature of enchantment decks in Standard!
Azorius Charm saves me all the time! it slows down every deck soooo much by putting a card on the top of the library especially is standard where everyone beefs up creatures with enchantments and such. and also with hidden strings it does amazing work with aqueous form and meletis! an enchantment draw every turn and extra mana! also mine is usualy turn 5 kill so assemble the legion is a little too slow but i put one sideboard for supreme verdict!
oh also the hidden strings allows you to tap out durring your turn and still use a charm for removing one of their creatures or protect from verdict since its sorcery if you tried playtesting it in the deck you would probably see why even though it seems like it doesnt fit and its also basicly a free cast because you can untap the mana you used to cast it! :P
It appears that they have finally printed enough enchantment support. Aura decks are popping up all over this site and in some competitive magic too
haha i know! im quite surprised :P decks i make never usually start to become popular decks!
Sphere of Safety? xD
This deck aims to be pretty aggressive, so I haven't included it.
Where's Aqueous Form? It's a really nice Blue enchantment.
