Deck Description

The deck is built around the Sultai Khan, Sidisi. She is very very powerful, and this deck aims to use her to produce massive numbers of zombie tokens. The deck aims to outlast aggro, overwhelm midrange, and out-attrition control. It's quite good, and relatively cheap for competitive play.

Cool Interactions:

Nyx Weaver with Sidisi nearly guarantee a 2/2 on upkeep, and the mill helps set up the rest of the deck. The weaver can also get Sidisi back after a removal spell.

Wayfinder with Sidisi, best case scenario, reads: mill 3, grab a land, get a 2/2, get a 1/1. Pretty good for 2 mana.

Courser plays well with fetchlands, causing them to effectively gain one life instead of losing one. However he plays even better when you can set up the top of your deck to mill a creature every time and ensure your 2/2 with Sidisi.

Rescue from the Underworld is secretly a very good card. Targeting Sidisi, Wayfinder, Reclamation Sage, Nylea's Disciple, or Hornet Queen potentially saves your creature from a removal spell, reanimates something cool, and rebuys an ETB trigger.

Delve spells are not actually as important in this build except for Murderous Cut, which is the quiet champion of delve cards. Perfectly playable while only dredging 2, but quite often you can dredge all 4, driving it down to a puny 1 mana. The other Delve cards are good in certain matchups though.

You should really take a look at the Sidisi-Whip decks that are showing up, similar to this bit much more dangerous and filled out. This deck is going to run into major issues of you get hit with Drown in Sorrow or Bile Blight.

I was also going to suggest adding Whip of Erebos! But I like most of the cards in this deck. Have tried to build one myself (though I still have to play it in a tournament)

I've made probably 5 versions of the deck now. This is the one centered around instant speed stuff right now, at the cost of lifegain stabilization with Whip. But the Whips in the sideboard represent a more normal version of the deck. I've also made an aggressive Nemesis of Mortals version and a 4- color version with Siege Rhino

I also made this version when KtK was first spoiled and did not entirely understand the value of Whip or Queen in the shell. So I made a lower to the ground Rescue from the Underworld version.
