I have a Vampire deck as well so I know what your going for. In my own experience Ive had a deck close to this one. Here is some advice i'm going to give to you. I'd take out corrupt. It cost WAY to much for what it does. Replace it for Consuming Vapors. It's an excellent card plus it rebounds. Great it ur opponent have a ton of creatures out. Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is just an awful card. Replace her with Nirkana Revenant. Her effect is much much better. Take out ur entire side board cuz it honestly looks like your trying to put every vampire known into the deck. put in another Vampire Nocturnus. He is WAY to good to just have 1 of. take out soul bleed and weakness. Exchange pulse tracker for Bloodghast and add 4 Kalastria Highborn. Find things that work with the deck instead of just adding a ton of Vampires. They all dont work together and it will run slow against a fast deck. Black plus Vampires is all about Creature Control. Unholy Strength & Whispersilk Cloak is really great in this deck. take out doom blade and assassinate for disfigure and feast of blood. oh, and put in vampire hexmage. She is awesome if playing against someone who has planeswalkers cuz if u sac her, she take all counters off of it and it dies. It needs some work but I think it can be a great deck if the right cards are placed it in.

Thanks for the advice. This was put together from my personal stock and the vampire theme deck from the XBOX arcade game. You are right about Hexmage, unfortunately I only have one in my stock at the moment.
