My experience though, is that you need counters or other sorts of keeping the welder alive, or it all comes crashing down :)

Like the Idea, and thought about making a deck including soliton too. If you could get the combo running you could make infinite mana/untap/bomb on welder.
If you really want to go full out sac, I'd go for some mortician beetles and put back in some Pawn of Ulamog. Guess I would go: - 4 Pulse Tracker - 2 Vampire Lacerator +4 Mortician Beetle +2 Pawn of Ulamog
Interesting thoughts, must admit Lotus Cobra are a bit too expensive for my liking (just ordered some Zendikar boosters, so who knows if I'd pick up one). I see your point with training grounds, and I will agree they are not needed, as my deck looks right now (was more expensive creature abilities earlier), so I will take them out for some Overgrown Battlements, and change some forests for islands, to better balance my mana pool. So: -4 Training Grounds +4 Overgrown Battlement -2 Forest +2 Island I've got the Pack Leaders for card-drawing together with the elephants, and the companions because It's 2-mana 3 power, which suits well with the Green Sun's Zenith (most creatures here are 2-mana) and Pack Leaders.
In that case, I would go for Whispersilk cloak. It will still give the attached unit shroud, but also make it unblockable.
Personally I'd prefer the cloud cover. You can change stealthsuit as an instant, but if the enemy has already put their spells on the stack the spell will still resolve. Cloudcover gives you a choice of getting allies back to your hand, making you able to get the drop-effect again.
will try just that and see how it works
Seems great, giving all new creatures a level right away, but not really sure what to take out, any ideas?
Never mind, only your Plains (in the amount you chose) will be exiled by endless horizon, and you will still have some tundra there :P Gotta get my facts straight before I post
will charbelcher ever give damage if there are no lands left to "stop" you from revealing? As I understand charbelcher you will just mill yourself, unless you have at least one land somewhere :P
Pretty nice standard goblin deck, I must say. If you want it to stay standard, I can't really find a way to improve it. Only thing I can think of is going for turn 1 kuldotha rebirths with 0-mana artifacts, instead of goblin guides
Maybe add some Goblin Sharpshooter to add to the sacrifice-style goblin play also please take a look at my own goblin deck, have taken another approach to goblins: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=135373
thought about Celestial Mantle or Felidar Sovereign as late/game cards?
btw: please take a look at my black/blue as well, it's discard instead of mill: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=160437
Glimpse the Unthinkable is a sorcery, not an instant, so Isochron Scepter doesn't work on that. But still good with some of the other 2-mana instants you have
Nice deck, you might want to consider Frenzied Goblin too, maybe instead of goblin shortcutter. Also, take a look at my goblin deck too please, it's not really aggresion, but ramping out lots of low-mana goblin cards, and make them unblockable: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=135373
Great idea with vent sentinel + infect. Only thing I don't like is that your are done for if you don't get ven sentinel, or they get taken out
I like it, different ways of using the infinite mana/untap combo. However, I would probably have more ways of getting galvanizer into play, maybe add two more splinter twins? Maybe some more to get them back from graveyard as well (even though you can give them haste, they can still be countered/destroyed by instants)
I too like the idea about goblins + battlecry, and nice to see it spiced up with some kuldotha rebirth combo. Please take a look at my goblin deck as well: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=135373
Also, nice combo with Koth and Sword of Feast and Famine btw. please check out my goblin deck as well: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=135373
