The things that killed mono blue are still there.. it dies hard to any kind of destruction and midrange can often outrace it... the other decks in the format just kill it dead and being mono coloured it doesn't gain access to any of the kill spells that it needs from black and none of the protection it needs from white.... if someone good counters get printed this set it might work.... but relying on the combo of elemental and master is a little thin as the support cards just aren't there...who knows what we will see in dragons of K though though....

There are some nice combo cards and I'm hoping for some useful tools. Might have to splash white or black depending.
