Very nice. Rampant growth instead of farseek though?

Farseek can grab stomping ground.
Ah good point. Missed that. Sylvan scrying? Lol
It'd be something to test. Although I'd rather have it enter the battlefield.
True but it can grab cavern of souls
Not bad at all, I think it'd be cool to have both decks have a go yea?
Unfortunately dragons are not fast enough for modern. Of the modern decks I have made, goblins and elves, dragons can't come close to dealing with the agro. Decendant's path and Quicksilver amulet are both amazing too drop dragons, your looking at 4th turn dropping a big dragon, how can that compete with a 4 turn goblin deck or a 5 turn infinite combo elf deck? I love the original version of the deck and have my own variation of it, but it wont work well consistently enough to be played in modern. If you can find a way to consistently beat my deck Short Bus: Goblins, please let me know. With all of that being said, if it was me, I would move descendant's path to 4, add in some dragon hatchlings over dragonmaster. It's more important to have a dragon on the field turn 2 than to produce dragon tokens turn 6 or 7.
My dragon design has changed several times, however it has only gotton more lethal each time. It is modern legal and has swung for more damage than could be math'd out at the time =P Anyway, yes it does still have some issues vs extreme speed decks like elves n such but it gives them a run for their money if I have a decent hand. I beat a good sliver deck with it. Attached is the link for my most recent version of the deck. The sideboard is just for suggestions that CAN be swapped if I need them. Enjoy!Link: http://www.mtgvault.com/razzan/decks/the-dragon-standard/
Remember, when I built this khans was not out and this deck has not yet been updated.
