Why no Tolaria West? Also no Wrenn and Six?

There is a rule in deck building. If you have only 1 ofs you have no focus and won't be a jack of all trades as you hope. To be precise your deck does nothing now but have just a whole bunch of cards you like. I first suggest having more fast lands (Woodland cemetery) and add shocks (overgrown tombs). Then go well what does my deck want, to ramp big things, have value or etc?
Remove green. Remove open the graves. Add glass of guildpact. The key to a token deck is high removal, disruption and then tokens.You dont need 4 teysa. Rather have 2 of her and 3 Seraphs for instance. Teysa won't end a game seraph will.So my suggesstions are summarized as follows:-2 open the graves-2 teysa-Remove green- add 4 glass- run more Seraph- kaya board eipe change to 1 of and instead run more conclave.
Hazerot is a better sideboard card as his cost is bad in many match ups.
Want advice about this deck? I often beat it 2-0 at GPs, if your enemy can block your 12 creatures you lose.

First question, is this for kitchen table? I assume so by casual, secondly if its budget and your running 25 instants why not consider mission briefing.
