i say drop preordain, it's kind of nice in a sense, but not the most helpful of cards. And replace it with spell Pierce. Or at the very least trade them out. But one costs and pierce seems like it would help more in the long run. Other than that good control. Have you solitaired it yet?

Contagion Engine and Inexorable Tide would be great additions that would increase the speed of your proliferate also Viral Drake is a good blue creature with a pay proliferate ability and to make your artifacts more valuable maybe a voltaic key or two those are the only thing i could think of hope this gives you a few more options
