Deck Description

This deck was designed to be a well-rounded deck that can handle under a variety of scenarios. My main strategy for the deck is to save all the instants for disposing the opponent's creatures and make way for my own, at least until they are low on health.

Any suggestions for improving the deck are appreciated.

Strip Mine is in there only until I get my hands on a Mox Ruby.

How do you expect to get a Black Lotus?

If your question is about how do I expect to get a hold of one, my answer would be I have owned one for years.

dude like the deck but one issue: phyrexian obliterator. I don't know how you plan on killing that thing since you'll have to sacrifice permants as a matter of fact i can't think of way in mono red to do that but if you find a way tell me man.

I have not thought of that as I have yet to encounter an Obliterator while playing this deck. My first thought was Grab the Reins but it is a little pricey when attempting to pull it off with its entwine cost. So option two would be an artifact; I would say go for Pit Trap. Pit Trap is cheap at two mana to cast and two for its activation.

Of course I could always just add Dismember.
