This is a casual Izzet deck that was designed around the continuous combo of Niv-Mizzet and Curiosity. This deck falls in the average cost range of between $100 and $200.
The goal of this deck is to utilize your dragon guildmaster to deal large amounts of damage. Your first few turns should be used to build up lots of mana. Svyelunite Temple and Crystal Vein are great early lands. Izzet Signet is helpful because it boosts your mana production ahead a turn and it also fixes your mana in the event you have to cast, the more mana demanding, Niv-Mizzet, Parun. Preordain, Sarkhan's Triumph, and even Expedite can help you find the last combo piece when you're building up enough mana. Finally, you want to play one of your dragons and some sort of draw mechanic. The two options in this deck are Curiosity and Tandem Lookout; both allow you to draw a card every time you deal damage via Niv-Mizzet. Finally, this deck does have the potential to kill you if you are not careful. As you are drawing, if your opponents life hits zero, you want to draw until you get a Slaughter Pact. Immediate put this into play and kill the dragon, this will end your turn and you'll win the game. If the opponent has more life than the amount of cards in your deck you want to have Laboratory Maniac in play while you enact your combo. This will mean that you win the game after you draw all the cards in your deck.
