Thanks! Just tried it out myself against my 12-year-old. The life-gains worked wonderfully (I got up to 37 life by turn 6 or 7). He was able to get his Scourge of Valkas out the turn after I got Risen Sanctuary out, and it was a race to see who could crush the other with brute force. The second time he pumped his Scourge to 9/4, I got nervous. I won, with 8 life remaining. One more turn and I'd have been dead. It was a great match! Obviously my 9-year-old won't be playing the deck as well as I did, but he'll certainly be able to give his brother a good game.

Yeah, trying to keep it in Standard....

I've been looking it over, and I have to agree with killing off the counterspells...they're wasted in the Epic Experiment....
