The only problem i see with this is how do you plan on keeping cards in your opponents hand? / Why no Nyxathid or Abyssal Nocturnus if you don't plan on having any cards in their hand. relying on Painful Quandary as a primary win condition seems odd to me, because you'll get them to 0 cards in their hand but then you can only have them discard 1 at a time.
