Deck Description

Fun colorshifted discard deck.

How to Play

In all honestly this deck does not perform well.
It is mostly for fun but straightforward, playing ramp and discard to stall your opponent until you can beat them to death with Nulltread or Sagu Mauler.

Deck discussion for U/G discard

Yeah, this is all over the place, nothing really works together and I don't even see where you do the things you want to do according to your description :) I mean, ok, the Ana Battlemage discards but that costs a total of 6 mana, that's too late for "stalling the opponent" (also, for 6 mana you get Amnesia By the way). Venarion Glimmer is a very weak discard spell and you only run 2 of them. Pirate Charm discards 1-for-1 which doesn't put you forward. Wistful Thinking finally discards and stalls, however, if that's the only discard that hits the opponent you might end up helping him! See, he also draws 2 cards. So, if he had some situational or too expensive cards in hand this spell could end up having a better albeit smaller hand than before.

The main question would be: Why do you want to do a deck like this in green/blue? Black has the best discard and you already have that Battlemage with a black kicker option you currently can't use, so why not splash black?
I suppose you just wanted to do things differently for the heck of it and assume splashing black is out of question. Then we have some serious rework to do.

First of all, green and blue have a variation of discard where they put the cards back on their library instead of the graveyard. Maybe have a look into that because it accomplishes what you want to do: Stall your opponent until your beasts can go to town. Stunted Growth is a serious contender for example. Temporal Spring also comes to mind.
Next, you could use artifacts. Good old [Disrupting Scepter]] is perfectly fine for a casual deck like this.

Other problems:
As it is I don't see the point in ramping mana other than accelerating the Mauler which you run three of. Also, the only other (sort of ) fatty is the Gargantuan which requires you to bounce your own creatures. Only the Battlemage could benefit from that but only very late in the game. So, I really think those Cultivates/Rampant Growths should be Coiling Oracles. They can also accelerate, smoothen the mana curve and provide nice targets for the Gargantuan (with the possibility to have an Oracle turn 2 and Gargantuan turn 3). Rampant Growth could also be upgraded to Evolution Charm which just has more options.
