Something I threw together real quick like Sideboard (15): 3x Duress 2x Grave Titan 3x Inquisition of Kozilek 4x Smother 1x Sorin Markhov 2x Vampire Hexmage Use the discarding and sacrificing cards to either make way for friendly attacking creatures or sacrificing your own creatures (i.e. Bloodghast) to build up agadeem and ramp Nantuko depending on what you need at the moment. Plenty of other relentless creatures to use other than Nantuko for win condition. Sideboard used against quicker decks, planeswalkers, and control. And Grave Titan's just fun ;-)
