I don't really like Thoughtseize or Oona's Grace. You should find a way to have 4 Glen Elendra Pranksters and focus on the fairies the have an effect when entering the battlefield. Also, all your spells should be instants to combo with the Pranksters. Personally I really like Spellstutter Sprite. I think they're better than the Glen Elendra Archmage when combo'd with the Pranksters. I also think you could do without the Oona's Blackguard as they're the only rouges in the deck other than Pestermite. So overall I'd recommend: -2 Pestermite -2 Oona's Blackguard -2 Glen Elendra Archmage +2 Glen Elendra Pranksters +2 Scion of Oona +2 Spellstutter Sprite -3 Thought Seize -1 Oona's Grace +3 Quality instants

Thoughtseize is extremely powerful. It practically destroys combos an crucial cards an opponent might have.
Yeah, but you'll probably have the ability to counter any combo that an opponent tries. But I guess it's fine to have some sorcery. I just think with 4 Faerie Tauntings and 4 Glen Elendra Pranksters having all instants will make your deck that much stronger
All my cards become instants with Leyline of Anticipation.

And get rid of all your enchantments and just have 4 Faerie Tauntings. That'll combo really well with the changes i recommended above, especially since it'll stack. BTW i meant 4 instants aboce
Bitterblossom needs to stay and if it stays then I should probably keep Oona's Blackguard. Bitterblossom creates a huge horde of faeries very quickly and can be championed into a Mistbind Clique when no longer needed.
There is only 2 Oona's Blackguard in the entire deck, it's most likely never going to combo with Bitterblossom
That's what Harbingers are for. Though I'm still deciding on which faeries exactly to keep. I prefer to try a wider variety on the first few playthroughs and then narrow them down to see how they all function in play.
It's also worth nothing that Harbingers can be bounced and flashed for more faerie tutoring.
