Just pointing out that your Dingus Eggs will deal some moderate damage to yourself if you use the Strip Mine and the Quicksand special lands. I would suggest you replace your Quicksand lands with others that won't go to the graveyard. Also, I see you have plenty of black spells in this deck, you may want to consider replacing the Ruby Medallion with another Dingus Egg (provided you removed the Quicksand lands). Haven't looked much into land destruction strategies too much, I admit, so I'm not sure what else to add at the moment. The obvious I feel I already pointed out.

The Quicksand is there for early game deterrent against creatures, before I'm likely to be able to get a Dingus Egg out. Same thing with Strip Mine for lands.
Okay, a few more conflicts I see off the bat. Charmbreaker Devils weakens the effect of your Runechanter's Pike. You should remove the Devils in favor of another Galvanoth. I suggest the following: -1 Charmbreaker Devils -1 Ruby Medallion -2 Dual Casting +1 Stone Rain +1 Pyromancer Ascension +2 Galvanoth These changes would basically facilitate the activation of Pyromancer Ascension by casting your spells for free from the top of your deck with the Galvanoth.
The Ruby Medallion can probably go, but the Dual Casting is extremely effective in every playtest. Maybe I'll remove the Charmbreaker Devils and Medallion for another Pyromancer Ascension and a Galvanoth.

I just realized that, this being a control deck, is severely low on lands. Hmmm, you may have to cut some strategies to add more lands. I suggest the following (in addition to all my previous suggestions): -2 Dingus Egg -1 Dwarven Driller +3 Lands of your choice
I need Dingus Eggs because they super-charge my Phoenixes. The Driller can probably go.
You need more land than you do Dingus Eggs, is my point.
