This is a deck in progress on a bit of a budget. The main idea of this deck is to stall and build up a mana base for extort triggers and "life stealing". I use cards like Basilica Guards and Corpse Blockade to keep opponents at bay while using extort triggers from small drops to maximize extortions. Obzedat is one of the keys for this idea with its effect. Deathpact Angel and the Kingpin's Pets are for flying support if the extort begins to weaken. What I need help with is ideas of how to make this deck work better. Any suggestions are welcome!

i'd think about adding a couple more basic lands and swap out anything that you may not find necessary.
