First off, I love this deck idea. I may have to make one like it now. I would consider adding a mask of avacyn or something similar though. If your idea is to immobilize your opponent's defenses by beefing up Champion of Lambholt then it may be a good idea to hexproof it. Just some food for thought, still a GREAT deck idea

Illusionist's Bracers + Krenko. Nasty combo that massively increases your token numbers. I like the deck alot though!
I would personally look at adding an Assemble the Legion or a Crusader of Odric. The first would give you even more tokens that would boost your battalion and the power of your Champion of the Parish, and the Crusader would benefit from the number of creatures that you pop out. Food for thought.
Illusionist's bracers + Krenko is a nasty combo to give you overwhelming numbers of Goblins
I have an extort deck (I haven't updated it on here yet though), but its based a little differently then this. Vizkopa guildmage can wreck opponents if you trigger his second ability before you cast spells and trigger extort. Hit you for four and I gain two life for each extort mana? Yes please! As for dealing with enchantments or artifacts I have Sundering Growth sideboarded for those occasions. 2 mana drop, and can trigger extort off it.
I have a Simic deck, not posted on here though. One of my major strategies that you may want to think about is getting a Master Biomancer, particularly if you're concentrating on beef up. I like to bioshift counters onto my Master Biomancer in order to get my creatures even more powerful when they enter the battlefield, similar to how Prime Speaker Zegana enters. Food for thought for you.
I have an Orzhov Extort, but mine is more of a stall focus. Thrull Parasite and Dutiful Thrull are great one drops to get your extorts to trigger.
I would suggest adding Olivia Voldaren. I've used her in my own vampire deck and her abilities to gain you life with one ability and steal an opponent's creature with the other has been a game changer for me on a few occasions. Just a thought for you.
