hmmm... With the way that this is looking, I think a switch to mono black might help a lot. Rooftop storm seems nice at first, but once you have the mana to get that onto the battlefield, you have the mana to cast any creature that you want unless for some reason you don't have two black mana. Havengul lich is ok at best really, but you don't run any cards that would really be game changing with his abilities, so he's not as much use as he could be. The only card in here that makes keeping blue tempting in here is the diregraf captain, but weakening the mana base with dual colors just for one card seems a little silly for me. I'd also lower the count of grave betrayal down to one or two, it's really high in mana cost and having multiple on the field doesn't help you a ton really. I'd also lower count of lilliana down to one or two, she's not really all that useful (in that version of her anyways, others are amazing), and you can't have more than one on field. Probably the most important thing (even if you don't switch to mono black) is to get land count up. 17 lands is really low, especially for a deck that runs cards with cmc of 7. Up lands to 20-22. If you do go mono black, then nykthos is a must (already see it in sideboard), geralf's messenger, cemetery reaper, mikaeus the unhalowed, grave titan, and gray merchant to monumentaly screw people over. Don't know where all of them would fit in (they might not), but running some of those in there would be good I think.
