Storm deck that uses Elite Arcanist, freed from the real, and manamorphose for storm count. aided by Training GroundsGrapeshot, Thermo-alchemist and Shrine of Burning Rage are currently my win conditions, I don't know if Shrine of Burning Rage is really all that good here.I still need to balance my win conditions properly with my ability to grab them.comments and suggestions are welcome.
the goal here is to get out Elite Arcanist with freed from the real out. and imprint Manamorphose on it. Training grounds makes it a single mana to use, so you essentially draw cards for free. This will allow you to draw most of your deck in a single turn allowing you to find your win condition, and give you a great storm count for when you draw it. Manamorphose also keeps you mana neutral, so you can cast your storm card without any issues.

Manamorphose + izzet guildmage + training grounds = infinite draw

that's true, but it doesn't give storm count, and it won't trigger my creatures because I am merely copying the spell, and not actually casting it a new time.now if I wanted to use it as mana ramp that would work because it gives me an extra mana each time I do it. so I could use it to fuel Banefire or something...
Although, with Training Grounds making the copy effect cost 1 mana, you are generating "infinite" mana and draws, allowing you to "storm" into Banefire for the win. Plus both Guildmage and Manamorphose can be tutored up with Muddle the Mixture, which doubles as a counterspell to protect your combo. It may not be storm, nor trigger Pyre Hound and Thermo-Alchemist more than once (the original Manamorphose), but it's a decent backup to the Elite Arcanist + Freed from the Real combo. Also requires less combo pieces.
hmm... that's good. didn't even think about muddle as a tutor for the pieces. such a great card!!!might swap a few things around just in case.
