Throw in a Coat of Arms or two for good measure.

I'm not sure what other spells you could add if you're wanting to make it a 60 card deck.

Have you thought about adding a few Joraga Warcallers from Worldwake? It would essentially replace the Coat of Arms if not surpass it. Especially if you get more than one out. And with all of the mana you could produce, the bonus your elves would get is nearly limitless.
