I would go with d-sphere over o-ring but otherwise i like the switch ups from traditional esper mill/control

This is more of a thrag tokens deck I would main 1 Varaska 3 Garruk relentless and 3Sorin lord of innistrad add armada wurm take out the phantom general possibly add a Angel of Serenity
Griselbrand is banned in EDH
I would run 3 Sphere and 3 Justicar, the only problem is I see one win condition. I would try to run at least Giest of Saint Traft and cut down on Entreat because relying on Miracle and tapping out against control decks could kill you. I would also run a board wipe maybe a supreme verdict because you dont want to kill your enchantments.
Personally I wouldn't run more than 2 Tombs, and Iona can hit the field turn 1 in some decks.
I think you should run 2 Wurms and 4 Blood Artist, also since its mono black Mutilate would be a fantastic fit, think about that with blood artist on the field. I do like this deck a lot and with some minor tweaks really annoying. Also I would throw in 2 Sorin his -3 target play is at 10 life and with Bloodghast thats a haste 2/1.
I think you should splash a little black, awe the shimmering grotto and throw in duel lands OR evolving wilds (personally i like both and run both in my B/W control) also if it is cost effective see if you can add Sorin,Lord of Innistrad
need a wurmcoil and gravetitan they help no big drops means you stall late game

Anytime, this is one of my favorite decks to play also I would reduce swamps by 1 so you have an even amount of lands just a little thing of mine. But whatever works for you
I much rather have Veil over dark realms, better control you shouldn't need the mana ramp and if your in a bind Veil has much better control. I would replace tezz gambit for sign in blood I play tested both of them sign in blood for the less mana is the overall better card because of the reduced mana cost (I know prolif for one extra, but that shouldn't matter one you control the field with kill you should be swinging for 5-6 on turn 4-5 for the win). The hand destruction is nice with specter but i got rid of him as well, for 3 i rather play Lili or Crusader, I would play swords over distress and geth's over victim. Overall its a nice deck but it might be too slow, especially against meta game.
I like this build, I'm currently running http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=358401. This has won the last 2 weeks at my local FNM and is really good against Meta game atm... (Re animator is too slow, and you can get in before U/W control, and etc...)
Also go with Go for the throat over Doom blade, you are less likely to run into Artifact creatures

It's not bad but there is a few cards I would change, at least 1 more possibly 2 Liliana's and 1 more Sorin if you want. Instead of Sever he blood line you can still play Surgical Extraction until October and there is a creature 4 for a 2/2 flyer when deals combat damage it does the same effect as Sever the Bloodline. Just a few options. You could trim Doom blades and Go for the Throat to make room but that is up to you.
Thought scour might be a good addition to this along with dream twist. Possibly Visions of beyond to help get your draw. Jace's Archivist to get new hands and drop creatures into the graveyard.
For lands I would add 4 ink moth nexus, great land card. You have flying and its a bitch to deal with.
The deck feels like its all over the place, Do you want to control, beat down, destroy, stall. Personally I would enjoy Thought scour over Think Twice because of the mill plus the mana cost isnt worth the flash back. Hell throw Snapcaster in if you want flashback for draw that bad. I would remove Silent departure for Unsummon or Vapor snag. A bounce thats a sorcery is not the greatest. I would also put in birds over elves thats going to improve the mana flow to get out your dbl color creatures like Mirran Crusader. Below is my B/W splash green control deck. Maybe it will give you some ideas, although it is control the creature base might help. Not bad, although I prefer Rampant Growth to Borderland Ranger because the land comes into play not to the hand.
