I like the idea of using hedron alignment but i think UW is not the more efficient. When i see your list i wonder how you do if you draw 2 hedron alignement. The only card you have is sphinx tutelage.
I think i would go UB with more dredge and delve spells.

I like the idea but i don't understand the genesis hydra. Most of the time it won't do a thing. And if it is only to have an hydra i think there is something better to play.
