A random idea I had. It's another experimental deck, so it might be a bit janky. I like to make super budget decks so that I may be able to buy them, so the $80 price tag is a bit of a splurge for me. As always, criticism is welcomed.
Force your opponent to draw a large number of cards and deal damage to them when they do. You also get draw power out of some of the effects, but are harmed significantly less. Kederect Parasite and Fate Unraveler are the functional cards of the deck, and secondary cards are Master of the Feast and the artifacts. Shah is basically a 6/6 trampler for 4, since opponents will most likely not want to take the draw.

Spiteful Visions fits nicely alongside the parasite :P ok, I was going to suggest Graven Cairns as a budget option for a dual land, but I checked the price... more than I expected. Still a good dual land imo

Spiteful Visions looks great for this, although it's a bit self destructive. Well, it is black after all... And about Graven Cairns, I'm not going for a particular budget here, so I could use it. I just didn't bother with mana fixing because it's only two colors.
I run a BW Stronghold Discipline deck from time to time and I've found that the deck NEEDS its duals. Fetid Heath is my second favourite dual in the deck, but only because Forbidden Orchard is key to the deck's theme. I'm not saying duals are a must, just that in some cases they help a LOT.
