Myr Reservoir is a little better than Semblance Anvil in this situation, because they cost the same mana, you still get the 2 mana for your myrs, with the reservoir, you don't have to exile a myr, and your able to bring them back, where as with the anvil you can not. Also, add one more Palladium Myr, and remove one anvil; with the infinite mana combo, you don't really need to make your cards that cheap.

Why Dissipation Field? I like it in a Life Gain-deck, like Felidar Sovereign-deck, where I don't care much about a little damage. I would be more interested in more counter spells in this deck.
